Great Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and the shopping district, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy some retail therapy.
I expected a nicer view since the hotel wasn't fully booked and I checked in late.

Very central to the town
Noisy even on the 7th floor (at the front). Must book back room next time.

I chose this hotel for my business trip because of the cosy C-Bar with a sea view. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink along with a delicious tapas board. The atmosphere was great, and the view added to the overall experience.
The only service that I missed for my work was a designated work area in the room. It would have been helpful to have a desk or a workspace where I could comfortably set up my laptop and work efficiently.

The actual hotel room furnishings were OK , although Bathroom was poor and the air conditioning needed serviceing as it smelt of stagnent water when used. We were told by the manager that it had been used all summer and needed servicing!!!!
The reception staff were very unhelpful, all corridors were dark and unlit to the point of being dangerous. Opposite the hotel, within 20 metres were building works, with builders dropping things into a metal skip at 7AM, next to your bedroom window. The window had to be open due to Air conditioning not working. Not sure how this hotel is rated 4 star, as its the worst 4 star I have ever stayed in.

Hotel had a nice view from the rooftop fitness room.
The town is pretty grey and not as up to date as most in europe. It actually has a 1970s feel to it.

We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Ostend and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, main town, and casino, making it perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed with the room amenities, including a well-stocked mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch as well. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was convenient for staying connected. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone for its great location, excellent service, and comfortable room amenities.
In terms of cons, we did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. We had a pleasant and enjoyable experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

as per question 1. A beach hotel , good clean room. Staff nice and answered questions when asked
The room and resturant Painted in Orange, not to my taste. The halllway was dark no windows should be pinted white to give a fresh appearence and not the Dark Plumb colour. There were not tea/coffe making facilities in the room or complementry water as you would expect for a 4 star hotel

The hotel's location near the beach and town was convenient. Comfortable beds and a good breakfast. Friendly front desk staff provided helpful information and assistance with parking and amenities. The night doorman was friendly despite a minor mistake.
All was perfect.

Free internet access. Very good quality of breakfast.
Relatively small room. Additional €1.08 per night for local taxes had to be paid in check out. No queen beds available in our 3 night stay.

A small, central situated hotel, near the beach, casino and shopping centra.
One of the staff members was not very serviceminded and gave some wrong advices. Would be great if one could get more soap in the bathroooms: one for the bathtub and one for the washbasin. The food in the restaurant was ok, but could be improved.
